A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation and fully refundable with 14 days before arrival. 

The remaining balance is due 10 days before arrival.

A full refund if canceled 30 days in advance of date for reservation.

25% fee is charged for cancelations that occur between 30 days up to 14 days prior to arrival.

A 50% fee is charged for cancelations that take place less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival. 

$125 administration fee is charged for all cancelations.

We encourage guests to stay as long as they like and enjoy the immense richness of the southern Indian culture. 

Upon conducting your reservation with our staff member, inform them that you would like to stay longer or that you are considering it and we can prepare accordingly. 

Guest house accommodations, 2 meals per day (breakfast and mid-day) are provided as well as daily, local taxi service. All of these services are offered for $1300 per week (6 nights / 7 days) for basic accommodations. 

Obtaining a visa from India is fairly easy for most countries. 

You can obtain on your own or you can contact us and we will assist you gaining your visa.

The easiest, most convenient way to obtain visa is through the internet applying for an e-visa. 

Super easy and efficient – very inexpensive.

You can apply for a 30 day visa or one year visa or longer. See India Consulate website for more information regarding visa application process from your country.

It’s best to begin your application process at least 30 days before arrival. 

Most of your expenses are pre-paid when your reservation for the retreat has been completed.

While at the airport, it’s best to obtain a modest amount of rupees for tips, approximately $100 USD in exchange should be plenty. 

You can find the money exchange offices and banks in the baggage claim area of the airport. 

You will want funds for our shopping excursions and possibly the temple visits where there are many gift shops. It’s best to use an international credit card, when possible at gift shops and sari shops. A modest amount of cash ($300-$500) should be plenty for shopping street vendors and temples. If you require more rupees – it is easy to exchange.

Your astrology session is arranged and paid through our office however, you may want to participate in a puja offering at a nearby temple. An additional $100 USD should be enough to enjoy the puja of your choice.
