If you are a seasoned world traveler then you probably are comfortable with the process of  purchasing your round trip ticket to arrive in New Zealand. We arrange for taxi to meet you and safely, comfortably deliver you to the forest retreat cabin prepared for you.

If you would like to attend the dates of this special retreat:  4th – 11th of January, 2025, book your flight accordingly. Please contact our office to ensure that all details are in perfect order and be sure to obtain visa for travel. (see below)

A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation and fully refundable with 14 days before arrival. 

The remaining balance is due 10 days before arrival.

A full refund if canceled 30 days in advance of date for reservation.

25% fee is charged for cancelations that occur between 30 days up to 14 days prior to arrival.

A 50% fee is charged for cancelations that take place less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival. 

$125 administration fee is charged for all cancelations.

We encourage guests to stay as long as they like and enjoy the immense richness of the southern Indian culture. 

Upon conducting your reservation with our staff member, inform them that you would like to stay longer or that you are considering it and we can prepare accordingly. 

Obtaining a visa is fairly easy for most countries. 

You can obtain on your own or you can contact us and we will assist you gaining your visa.

The easiest, most convenient way to obtain visa is through the internet applying for an e-visa. 

Super easy and efficient – very inexpensive.

It’s best to begin your application process at least 30 days before arrival. 

Most of your expenses are pre-paid when your reservation for the retreat has been completed.

While at the airport, it’s best to obtain a modest amount of NZ$ for tips, approximately $100 USD in exchange should be plenty. 

You can find the money exchange offices and banks in the baggage claim area of the airport. 

You will want funds for our shopping excursions and possibly beach visit and spa services. It’s best to use an international credit card, when possible. A modest amount of cash ($300-$500) should be plenty for shopping . If you require more NZ$ – it is easy to exchange.
